MULTICAM STUDIO is a complete solution for live video production. Featuring an easy-to-use touchscreen interface, the system, which manages all live production, can be operated by one person and requires no previous training. Designed for multi-camera production, MULTICAM STUDIO lets users capture events such as sports, meetings or conferences. It can preview and control up to four PTZ cameras (or other HD video sources) and comes with a DVI-D input as optional. With its advanced capabilities, users can easily manage titles, media overlay, custom graphics and carry out live streaming/podcasting (MP4 H.264). Featuring native recording functions, the system can operate in fully automated or semi-automated mode.
MULTICAM STUDIO is compatible with a wide range of standards, including SD-SDI, HD-SDI, CCD, MOS, 3MOS and can be combined with cameras such as Sony, Panasonic, Canon, Bradley or Lumens, depending on budget requirements. Lumens representatives will also be on hand at the MultiCam booth to demonstrate the seamless integration of its cameras in all of MultiCam’s systems.
MULTICAM STUDIO RADIO automated live video switcher is an easy-to use automated visual radio studio that allows broadcasters to air programs live 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. The system links audio and video content and permits broadcasters to deliver radio on demand — without the need for human intervention — to the Web with pictures, clips and live interviews from studio cameras. With either automatic or manual management featuring camera remote control with shot presets, the system allows radio stations to push video content to the Internet, podcasts or mobiles while broadcasting. By simply touching the screen, the operator can select a camera and its angle. The camera can also automatically detect and record the person on the mic and adjust itself so as to capture the proper angle. It adds the graphic inserts and adapts the rhythm of the camera switch depending on the radio show context. Fitted with four SDI video SD or HD ins and one SDI (SD or HD) video out, MULTICAM STUDIO RADIO makes use of a PZT joystick for camera control. It features unlimited angle shots, native SD or HD recording, live streaming (MP4 H.264), an editing module, picture-in-picture and custom compositions and audio mixing.
For academic purposes, the MULTICAM E-LEARNING system allows operators to easily produce podcasts and create videos through a single touchscreen interface. By simply clicking on thumbnails (from a PPT presentation, for example), the system is able to handle full production. It is possible to view camera presets, chapter the video and integrate presentations. Features include single angle shots, PC input, auto switching after preset recall, PPT slide auto-detection (for chaptering video), native SD or HD recording, picture in picture and custom composition, tilt and panel overlay, live streaming, audio mixing, editing and e-encoding and podcasting publication.
With the new TRACKING module, MULTICAM E-LEARNING becomes an entirely automated video and podcast producer. Able to work with any PTZ camera, the AI engine of the TRACKING module automatically detects and switches to the correct camera angle or slide shot. The modular solution lets users begin one PTZ camera and gradually evolve to two cameras so as to select between manual and auto video production. The TRACKING module is the ideal solution for the creation of videos for Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) applications.
